  • IS THE SITE HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE?

      -Yes

 

  • DOES YOUR VENUE HAVE SPECIFIC TIME REQUIREMENTS FOR START OF DINNER AND CAKE CUTTING?  IF SO, WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

      -No specific time, you let us know what time will work for you so we can plan accordingly    

 

  • HOW LONG DOES IT TYPICALLY TAKE TO FLIP THE ROOM FROM CEREMONY TO RECEPTION? 

       -Around 45 minutes to 1 hour.

 

  • DO YOU PROVIDE A COAT CHECK SERVICE?

       -Yes, it comes with the complete package or on the Rental when you have 2 Security Guards

 

  • DOES YOUR VENUE HAVE SIGNAGE THAT CAN BE PLACED ON THE STREET DIRECTING GUESTS TO THE ALTERNATE PARKING AREA?

       -Yes

 

  • THERE ARE SEVERAL UPGRADES THAT I WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE?  HOW LATE CAN I MAKE A DECISION?

      -Two Weeks before the event day, but the sooner the better so we can be prepared for your event!

 

  • DOES YOUR VENUE MAKE ADJUSTMENTS FOR GUESTS THAT MAY NOT EAT RED MEAT OR ARE VEGETARIAN?

       -Yes, we just need to know exactly where are they seated!

 

  • DOES YOUR VENUE HAVE A BUILT IN MECHANISM FOR HANDLING GUEST OVERAGE?  FOR EXAMPLE, IF I HAVE A 2 OR 3 EXTRA GUESTS THAT SHOW UP, ARE THEY ABLE TO BE ACCOMMODATED AS FAR AS FOOD?

      -We might be able to accommodate them but we cannot guarantee.

 

  • HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN WE RESERVE OUR WEDDING DATE?

      -We are booking 3 years in advance.

 

  • HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT TO RESERVE THE VENUE & PAYMENT PLAN AVAILABLE?

      -$1000 to secure your day, monthly payments are available & balance for Rentals are due 60 Days before the event day & for Complete              Package 30 days before.

 

  • WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

      -Cash, Check, Money Order, Credit Card & Quick Pay thru Zelle,

 

  • DOES YOUR VENUE ONLY HOST ONE WEDDING AT THE TIME?

      -Yes, we only have one room. We will be able to accommodate 2 events per day, one in the morning and other one in the evening.

 

  • WHEN IS THE LAST POSSIBLE DATE TO MAKE CHANGES TO OUR RESERVATION?

     -15 Days before the event day

 

  • DO YOU HAVE A LIST OF APPROVED OR RECOMMENDED VENDORS WE CAN USE? IF SO, DO WE HAVE TO USE YOUR APPROVED VENDORS? IF NOT, ARE THERE LIMITATIONS OR GUIDELINES WE NEED TO MEET WHEN BRINGING OTHERS IN?

      -We can certainly recommend you some vendors but you can bring in any vendor of your choice. We don’t have any limitations.                         We welcome everyone.

 

  • WHAT KIND OF FOOD DO YOU OFFER?

      -American & Italian, Mexican, Puerto Rican, or you can bring the food of your choice and we will take care everything else!

 

  • CAN WE DO A FOOD TASTING BEFORE WE FINALIZE OUR MENU SELECTION? DOES IT COST EXTRA?

      -Yes after signing a contract we will set up a free food tasting.

 

  • WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE ROOM RENTAL?

       -The room rental ONLY includes tables and silver chiavari chairs.You will be responsible to bring any additional items such us linens,              silverware, dinnerware etc.You will also have access to our kitchen area where you will have 2 hot boxes, refrigerator and microwave.

 

  • CAN I BRING IN A CAKE OR DESSERT FROM AN OUTSIDE BAKERY?

       -Yes you can.

 

  • IS THERE A CAKE-CUTTING FEE IF I BRING MY OWN CAKE?

      -There is No cake-cutting fee if we are in providing the professional staff.

 

  • WHAT OPTIONS DO WE HAVE FOR THE BAR?

      -Open Bar, Cash Bar or even better you can also bring in your own alcohol.

 

  • ARE THERE ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR BARTENDERS?

      -Yes $200 each Bartender, we require 1 bartender every 150 guests.

 

  • IS THERE A PRIVATE ROOM FOR THE BRIDE, BRIDESMAIDS OR QUINCEANERA?

      -Yes we have a private room for them.

 

  • CAN THE VENUE ACCOMMODATE A DJ? WOULD THEY NEED TO BRING ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT OR DOES YOUR VENUE OFFER SOME EQUIPMENT NEEDED?

      -Yes you can bring your own Dj, he will have access to a table, but he must bring anything else related to music and lighting.

 

  • IS THERE PARKING ON SITE AND IF SO, IS IT COMPLIMENTARY? IF NOT, WHERE WILL MY GUESTS PARK?

      -Yes, There are 2 parking lots with more than 75 parking spaces.

       Street parking is also available with no meters.

  • ARE CABS/RIDESHARES (LIKE UBER, LYFT, ETC.) EASILY ACCESSIBLE FROM THE VENUE?

      -Yes, right in front of the Venue
